It’s that magical time of year in tropical Port Douglas when the weather cools down and the fish are biting. Full day Great Barrier Reef Fishing Charters on board ZULU and LEVANTE are a popular option for visiting guests and locals alike, with nice size Nannygai, Red Emperor and Coral Trout on the bite and we’re starting to see a run of Spanish Mackerel in the mix.
Recent charters. including a 3 day live-aboard bottom fishing trip up to Ribbons Reef #4 have proved successful with an array of species making an appearance and enough fish fillets to feed a village! Let’s just say our guests will be having many a dinner party in the coming weeks.
Levante, our 44ft Sports-fisher is the perfect vessel for small groups (up to 6) who want to get out on the reef and make a day of it. We offer bottom fishing, light tackle trolling and swimming/snorkelling for our guests… all in VIP style.
Zulu, our 54ft game boat offers similar options as Levante with the added inclusion of an inbuilt dive compressor for scuba diving – providing an array of charter options for up to 8 guests to enjoy.
